Staff were extra helpful and friendly!! Breakfast was hot, good, and with a coffee machine that made coffee regular strength, strong, and extra strong. Spacious clean room, with all kitchen amenities needed for any length of stay.

After hours entrance was in an adjacent hotel which was inconvenient. The advertised shuttle doesn't exist on weekends.

There looked like the walls in the bathroom by the toilet and toilet paper hadn't been wiped. The elevator was dirty.

We like to stay here because of the location and usually have no problems.

We were put in a handicapped room. I asked why and the desk gal said they were pretty full only 2 rooms left. So I asked what if a handicapped person comes in and needs this room? I was told, They usually don't have a need for handicapped rooms??? Why not put us in one of the 2 rooms she said they had left? The room had a very strong bleach smell, I let the front desk gal know-she said they've had several complaints about the bleach smell in the rooms and would look for a fan if needed. We opened the windows-left for 5 hours-bleach smell almost gone. Floor was very slippery in the bathroom. Not sure what was on the floor. This room is also right by the breakfast area, so not quiet at all. Curtain pull came off when I tried to open the curtain.

the bedding was dirty with crumbs and HAIR all over. the head boards had grease marks from heads and hands (seen before we ever sat on each bed!
