Everything was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was outstanding, access to the parking area was very convenient and the room was quiet, even though the motel was at capacity.

Breakfast was better than I've had in a lot of hotels. Little things like extras for your waffles was nice. It wasn't crowded & staff helpful.

It felt very cozy and safe for 1st timers staying in a hotel with our child!
The only inconvenience was the room for the pool was too cold to enjoy swimming.

needs serious updating; carpets, bathroom tiling, painting, new decor (all brown is depressing…), lounge & kitchen are functional but outdated. the exterior also needs to be updated and the grounds need attention.

Nothing. It was way overpriced for a room that didn’t even have USB ports. It had a small TV I had to change rooms because one was gross and sticky your bathrooms are way outdated and the pool is kind of gross

We are frequent flyers at this property lol. Great Staff, Clean Rooms and very good breakfast!! When we come to the Hornell area this is were we stay.
Rate.......there are only 2 hotels in the immediate area. They could do a little better for repeat bookings
