The person working the front desk did her best to assist us despite clearly not being given an appropriate level of support by the management of the facility. Her efforts to assist were literally the only good thing about the location.

The facilities are run down, with trash and debris everywhere outside of the rooms. The room we were given was heavily smoked in despite supposedly being a non-smoking room. We had requested two queen beds and would have been given two twins had we chosen to stay there. Due to the horrendous condition of the room, we attempted to get another only to find out that the hotel had overbooked and had no appropriate rooms available to us (unless we had been willing to sleep in a broken bed and not be able to take a shower due to a missing shower head in another also run-down room), forcing us to find lodgings elsewhere. While we acknowledge the hotel does not have full control over their customers, there were multiple individuals in the front desk area behaving in an aggressive manner that created a sense of unease and insecurity. We are still awaiting a refund of our payment through Booking.com and are very dissatisfied with how difficult it is to get a refund for a situation that was clearly at the fault of the hotel, as the hotel claims it is a Booking.com issue and Booking.com claims that it is an issue with the hotel. We do not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

The place was nasty. The breakfast was a joke. And the bed was like sleeping on a Flintstone bed.

King bed was very comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave available was great.

Continental breakfast was limited and awful. Needed more pillows for the bed.

Well, I stay all across America, and this was one of the worst stays i have had. The room stunk like musty cigarette smoke, feet, and curry! The bed felt like I was laying on box springs. And the bedding was very stiff and uncomfortable. Based on the appearance, I wasn't about to eat breakfast. I never ask for much, and I NEVER leave reviews! So...clearly, this was bad. I do require it be worth the money. Was no where near worth the price I paid!

The place was a real pit. We ended up going to a different hotel. Hopefully we got our money back. This will serve as a reminder and I’ll check.

There were crumbs between the sheets and a half eaten bag of doritos on the microwave. The fridge wasn't on and the room was sweltering. It took a bit for the room to cool down once it the ac was turned on due to the temperature. There were also people shouting and yelling outside until 1 am.

Front desk worker was not very friendly. Dead bugs in our bathroom. Bathroom tub is stained and needs to be replaced. Landscaping of this property is lacking - overgrown shrubs, weeds, and grass. Garbage lined the edge of the property. Room had a musty and stale smoke odor. Bedbugs in sheets.

I was not happy at all. They put us in the wrong room and the staff was not nice or helpful.

The room should have been cleaner, and more helpful.
