There was a bed. That’s it.

It was over priced. There were a bunch of chairs in the workout facility and I woke up to use the restroom and was greeted by a roach. The tv also didn’t work in several rooms so they had to move around a lot of people. I was also afraid the elevator would stop working based on its condition.

The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

I would like to have a hot tub but it was not offered at this location

The Comfort Inn is supported by wonderful staff. I was and remain impressed by their patience, professionalism and dedication to their tasks. Each member of the staff was responsive and fast. I am certain they are not paid enough. The staff are the ONE bright star for this hotel.

While the staff are wonderful, that is where the positivity ended. We stayed in three different rooms and checked out early. The first room had a brown film running down the wall topped by what appeared to be a water bubble only held in place by paint. We moved into the second and third rooms and in these spaces: the water didn't drain from shower, the toilet didn't flush, the floor was sticky - requiring a towel on the floor. The refrigerator door didn't close once a small bottle was placed, parts of the inside of the refrigerator were rusted, the screen was detached from the window, there were...some type of stains that appeared to be brown on the curtains in two different rooms, there were yellow stains on the comforters, there were stains on the towels, they do not have their laundry professionally cleaned and it shows. You would think it would end there...that dirty towels and barely functioning bathroom facilities would be the end, but no...the Comfort Inn just kept going on their valiant display of how much they do NOT care for their guests. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling...it needed batteries and the beeping was incessant. We called for batteries, but they needed to come up after we went to bed, so we left it. This was the final room. We checked out early to stay elsewhere. We should have done so sooner...perhaps after the second room, but we were exhausted. We went to Oklahoma to visit an ill family member and this hotel is close. This stay at the Comfort Inn put us in a position of continually having to move when we only wanted to focus on our relative. Reconsider your options and do not stay here. If you are also visiting a loved one in the hospital, there are options elsewhere that are just as close. We deserved better than the debacle that is this Comfort Inn and you do as well.

breakfast, wait time at front desk , shampoo, soap , room keys are disabled without any reason . too much hassle. to reactivate the keys .

The breakfast was delicious and the food service ladies were very nice. We spoke with manager and she was a very friendly @ caring lady! We enjoyed our visit with her! The front desk clerk was very nice & very helpful!

To close to the highway, you could hear noise, not in good area. We were surprised about the safety. It was really concerning as people tried to get in that didn’t belong there. We were agreeable how that problem was solved with the extra safety door. We felt safe there.
