The day staff was much friendly

The night manger was very rude

quiet environment both outside and inside the hotel building the entire time from check in to check out. free parking with plenty available parking spaces throughout the entire parking lot. staff at reception desk was friendly and welcoming. They accept cash payments and don’t charge a security deposit.

walls in the room had some stains from previous stays that could have been cleaned off or covered up better. doorframe around the main door to enter the room was cracked and split making it slightly difficult to shut the door completely to secure the lock. extra wash clothes and towels could have been provided. no regular coffee, tea or breakfast was provided as advertised. only a small portion of decaf coffee was offered. location is a bit of a distance and not many convenient stores or restaurants close to the motel.

non smoking room but smelled like smoke. no fire alarm. they only give you a flat sheet and a duvet cover, no comforter. Only 2 pillows for an entire king size bed. no chairs. only bar soap. no shampoo or conditioner. toilet paper doesn’t even have a holder. just sitting on the counter in the bathroom

Room was big. Location is good. Fast check in.

Couldnt stay another night. Wifi was slow.

The location suited me fine. The AC worked. The night counter person was friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady did a great job.

The door and the doorframe to room, 220, needs replacing. The door and frame have been violently opened several times judging from the many holes where the lock and security bar had to be moved. There was no breakfast, not sure one was offered. The coffee vanished very early in the day, never to be replaced.. The biggest single item offended my nose. The garbage can to the left of the main entrance remained full for both days of my stay. Not only did that garbage can stink, the area around it smelled of old vomit. That was a terrible introduction to the facility.

It wasn't I wouldn't come here again

the place is a bit old the sheets are torn and there are some weird stains that looked like blood the beds are a bit old the microwave was dirty and the refrigerator is old and smelled bad

The locate was very easy to go to.

1) The bed was super hard 2) only 1 pillow per person. We had 3 people and we needed more than 1 pillows. 3) the fridge wasn’t even cold we had to throw away all food. 4) the motel card for the key constantly don’t work we had to back and forth to get it work again.

that it's pet friendly

the tv didn't work. 10$ was taken off a hundred & change room charge. it should've at least been 25$ or mire. i would've went elsewhere but My dog was tired.
