The area was quiet and secluded, not right off of a highway. My queen suite was perfect for a few days of serenity. Everyone I met was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will be going back again soon.

Rooms were together.

The front desk staff are horrible! Extremely rude and told our guest that they did not have a room available for them but after the fact found out we had 3 rooms that were left empty because the staff said they did not have a room. One of our guests decided they had to leave because the room smelled like smoke and mildew to the point where they became ill. Front desk staff would also make rude comments to our party as we were coming and going to our rooms.

The sink was slow and garbage disposal did not work. Couch was a little worn, rug a little stained..ps (idont like rugs). I should have stated I don't want to be close to doors or elevator.

The breakfast was easy to access and set out early. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a bit further on the outskirts of Lancaster attractions than I realized.

Table in kitchenette was dirty and needed washed. Microwave was filthy and needed cleaned out. Could not open bathroom door fully because it was dragging on floor. Carpet dirty around perimeter of room.
