Very clean rooms and love the balcony off the room on the first floor. Staff was very pleasant at check-in and the faculty beautifully kept.

The parking was a little tight along side the building. And the beds were a little hard for my liking. The mattress of the pull out couch was broke down and took bad to sleep on

Everything was beautiful here. Very clean throughout the building and in the rooms. The breakfast was better than I could imagine they had just about everything you could think of. Loved the pool and hot tub area my kids had a blast and it was open 24/7. The staff was very nice as well. I first stayed one night and ended up staying for another two. Definitely recommend

Our room. I wasn’t told it was going to be a handicap room which the only difference is the bathroom. Our toilet was covered in pee and was gross first off.

It was perfect. interesting to look at, huge rooms, pools, the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel, clean, friendly staff, location, information of the area. This sets a high bar for hotels in the area.

The hotel was close enough to other facilities but far enough so that it was quiet.

I booked the room over a month ago, and when we arrived the girl at the front desk told me several times she didn’t see my reservation, which was obviously distressing to hear after driving several hours to be there. She finally walked to the other side of the desk where there was a note saying my reservation had been saved in reverse, with my first name showing as my last and vice versa. She stated she had read the note earlier was “wasn’t paying attention”. Her attitude like she was bored or unconcerned. Inside the room itself, the bathroom floor was sticky like the mop water hadn’t been changed, causing our shoes to stick with every step within the bathroom. The smoke alarm within the room is also identical to a model online show to have a hidden camera within it, which made my sister and I extremely uncomfortable. I requested an extra blanket at the front desk as there was only one provided and we had two people in the room, and again a girl at the front desk seemed very inconvenienced at my request. It was just a disappointing atmosphere compared to my stay last year when the staff were kind and upbeat.

The hotel was extremely nice beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious. The free breakfast was amazing!!! The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Not enough parking when the hotel actually fills up. I am handicapped and there were no handicap parking spots available and had to walk a long way to get into the hotel.

Absolutely nothing ! When you wake to bugs in your bed it ruins everything. Could not bring myself to eat breakfast at this location.

Work related visit with company show in town. Cigarette butts on the floor in front of elevator. Ask maintainence who was walking by and comment was “guess someone empied their pockets.” Waking up to bugs in my bed! Response of male employee behind the desk after photos was unacceptable- zero understanding of the situation- wish I had got his name. My room was obviously credited by the lady (possibly manager)stated she would call the inspector. To make the situation even worse is I had a customer that was disappointed in an area hotel where they were placed and “I paid” for a room at the Clarion (so wish I hadn’t) Have not spoke with them to get their opinion.

The beds were very comfortable, very clean, staff very nice

pool was refilling. open by Friday but too cold to swim in. I understand it was just warming up but having a four year old with us the indoor pool was one of the deciding factors, and it was too cold to use. it felt like a river.
