The room was nice

The air did not work and i didn’t like the fact that they jus walked into my room 5 minutes after check out time

The room stunk of drug use and mildew as well as dirty mop water. There was no wash cloths or enough linen to shower with for two guests let alone one. no iron, cigarette burns on the covers. No extra trash bags. Mold in the coffee pot. Holes in the wall, tv didn’t work but 4 channels .Walls were filthy. And the check in woman at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I also reserved my room online through booking.com and the front desk clerk didn’t acknowledge my confirmation number for said booked room nor made me feel welcome as a guest but up charged me from original booking price: I’ve stayed here multiple times at this location passing through Clarksville in hopes of a change considering it’s one of the cheaper hotels off the interstate, but the same treatment and room amenities and appearance are always disappointing. The over charge for the same awful treatment wether it be the man or woman working front desk. The man likes to hit on women and make them uncomfortable. The woman is just flat out rude. Also only had one bar of soap in the room that was opened from previous use of guests who stayed in the room. After the rude treatment at check out I suffered through the stay seeing it was the weekend of memorial and everything else was booked due to holiday. I will no longer be giving my business to Rodeway inn.

no breakfast, lobby under construction, reluctant to give extra bath towels, still entered room when told not to clean.

I loved the location.

My room smelled awful. The bed had burnt holes in the sheets, blanket, and comforter. The shower was also not cleaned nor toilet.

Its close to everything so very conveniant, also staff are great. Quiet place overall great.

It was nice and quiet didn't see people out panhandling which was a plus
