Dangerous damage to the stairs and low wet spots at the only accessibility to the 2nd floor Door to the pool area not accessible with your room key? No chairs for sitting outside your room......

Parking was close to the room door. Breakfast person was fabulous, really helpful and friendly.

the Pool Was not working or no cable as advertised. No good selection of breakfast

The breakfast was very good, easily accessible in the front desk area ( it's own little cafe )

The front desk staff was quite rude when we were checking out, which was surprising because they had been so nice for our whole stay. We did accidently leave more than a few things in the room and when I called later and spoke with the person working at that time they were very nice and had my belongings safe in the office for me to come pick up. So maybe that one guy had just had a long night!

Location has constant noise in all directions.

I was worried about street noise but you didn't notice once settled in for the night.

Says you have an indoor pool but it's a seasonal indoor pool. My kids were sad about that.

it was an old property, no elevator to the second floor, and was just overall not pleasant

It was close to restaurants and some shopping

when they cleaned our room it smelled like pot someone had a party in our room. Beds were not comfortable and very small. Wont be staying there again.

They are pet friendly which was great.

We saw 2 roaches in our room and were refused a refund. will be disputing with my bank.
