Stop offering wake-up calls, especially the ones where you say if you don't answer the phone, you'll knock on the door. Me and my coworker were late this time. I don't know if I should even be saying this last time you made me stand at the desk for 25 minutes for writing a review. The hotel was really great.

The staff exceeded expectation! The manager met me at the door as I entered the property after checking in, walked me to my room and showed me how to operate the TV and air conditioner. Although I stayed during the week, the facility was full. I was surprised at the lack of noise. I did experience some issues during my stay but they were handled very quickly and the front desk attendant even called me as I was out to update me on the progress. I was surprised to see the manager taking care of some of the problems himself. The bed was comfortable. I did not eat breakfast, but what was provided seemed adequate. Although I do have some negative feedback, the positive definitely outweighs it.

The temperature of the hot water was above scald level, which I found when I turned the shower faucet the wrong way. This is dangerous and could cause significant injury if a person could not act quickly enough to remove themselves from the water spray. Although I did not blister, the affected areas of my body remained red and tender for a couple of hours. I did tell the front desk attendant about it upon checking out and she was very receptive to the issue. I would also recommend a second grab bar on the outside of the tub behind the door. The one inside the tub was not well positioned.

I booked it cuz it had a pool but the pool was green not at all looking clean we were gonna spend another night but not with a green pool

There are bed bugs cuz I got ate up and was still gonna stay another night but the pool. The windows were filthy couldn't see past the grime ... They don't do windows. The mirrors were the same and the tub had build up over build up didn't look clean at all plus I guess someone colored with markers on the walls of the tub and no one bothered to bleach them or the tub for that matter .... I'm still scratching on all the bites I got from that bed

Upon arrival in the room I discovered sheets was dirty I called they came and changed sheets, we went to pool(needed to be cleaned) then we out to eat and shop, came back we layed straight down, didn’t really pay much attention to the room. I woke up next morning about 5am I sit up in bed I noticed a dead bug in the bed, it was a cockroach! I went to bathroom and I was looking around and I seen 2 dead cockroaches under sink area. At this point I was freaking out a bit woke my husband up checked his side bed didn’t see anything. But I start looking round room then and I found another dead cockroach, dead fly, some other kind bug! I was ready to leave!! I called front desk ask for the clerk to come to room that there was a problem he came up to room he took pictures of all dead cockroaches and other bug. I told him I wanted speak to manager he said she comes in 8am. I told him I come back at 8am I was getting out that room. Now I’m very nice person and I always try to stay calm, well I came back 8am I begin to explain the situation and she interrupted me serveral times be very defensive towards me told me that room was deep cleaned last week and it impossible for cockroaches to be on the bed because maid had to changed sheets when I got there, I said ok how did it get there then? We maybe u brought it in on your shoes or something I mean the nerve of this woman who is suppose to be a manager. I said ok what about all these others dead cockroaches I guess I brought them in too? I dint know she said. so I was getting a bit angry and I say that’s ok I just call your corporate office can you you give me the number please, she said you have to call booking I said I would like quality inn corporate office phone number this has nothing to do with booking.com, she finally gave it to me and she said well it be my words against your words and I was just so shocked at how unprofessional she was. I definitely don’t recommend this place!!!

Where Quality is located.

The owners and all the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean. I will stay there again next time I travel in the area

The peace and quit was really nice . the staff was nice and friendly and help with whatever we needed help with which was really nice .

Grishma, upon our arrival, greeted us with a super friendly greeting and made us feel very welcome during our whole stay! The hotel was a great value. Our room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was tasty and super convenient.

Not sure how old the property is BUT it could use a bit of updating. But other than that, it was great!

room had sticky wrappers in the bed, cigarette burn holes on the sheets , the floor was dirty and sticky, trash next to the couch , coffee maker had water and stuff floating in it . the tv cords were un plugged. we asked if housekeeping would clean our room and we were told to go find them ourselves 😞. we were in town to stay 2 nights . my father was dying and this was how we were treated . we still paid for 2 nights but did not sleep there the 2nd one because of how we were treated .

the people where nice but the beds where not the best. and the tv was not stable, it leaned. there was ants at the ac. and the bathroom lighting was not complete. the shower leaked on the floor. it was quite and staff was very nice. the hotel could use some tlc to make it great again.

Bed was not comfortable. There were only 3 small pillows on a king bed. Dogs barking in next room all night. TV looked like someone set fire to it. Definitely not worth 100 a night.
