Staff was very friendly and accommodating, from Micaela and all the people working the reception desk. The housekeeping staff was also very thorough. The facility is dated and it starts to show but everything worked and the bed was comfy, the room was large and it included a mini fridge and a working clean microwave oven. Very pleased for the most part. The pool outdoors was fine and it looked clean. I enjoyed using the chair and swim a little also.

The breakfast was not what I expected. It says that it is continental, then not bad. However I also saw the word American breakfast, then eggs and other hot goodies to be expected. The fried eggs were from pouch or previously frozen, not familiar with that presentation and pretty flavorless. Waffle maker was fine but no toaster or bread.

There were only 2 things we liked. The location and the man at the counter who allowed us to check in a little early.

Everything! This place was absolutely horrible! We only booked this hotel because of the rating they had on booking. I believe it was an 8.2. Typically, you get that type of rating when the hotel is clean and has great amenities. I went to the room while my husband was at a meeting. The room smelled like human feces. It was horrible. I sat in the chair, and the ottoman had no cushion at all. I decided to go sit at the desk, but that chair was filled with food and other disgusting items. My husband picked me up after his meeting, and we left for several hours. When we came back, the entire room stunk of nasty men's cologne. I have no idea how that smell was in there, as my husband doesn't have anything that stinks like that, and we flew in earlier that day and did not bring cologne with us. Gave me a really eerie feeling. We thought maybe the smell came in from the huge gap under the door. (Even though we didn't smell it in the hallway). I went to pull the sheets back to get the bed ready and was completely disgusted by what I saw! There was a blood drained mattress protector. There were several black dots all over the sheets, blankets, and pillows. The mattress protector was ripped on one side, and there was public hair all over it! That was it! I went downstairs and told the desk clerk we were leaving and I wanted a refund. There was no way we were staying there! I had to go through Booking to get my refund, and I'm so grateful they assisted. At least the hotel did right by us and issued back a refund. We will never stay at this property again. Never!

We love the breakfast! We love the staff! We love everything. This is our 3rd? maybe 4th stay here and we will definitely be back.

Very Clean and quiet.

I really enjoyed the convenience and it was nice and clean. We easily received our door dash and we kept our room in the do not disturb, but the maids were very sweet!

The morning breakfast was very awkward, the front desk lady would come in there every time we came and would watch us like a hawk. It was like we were only able to get so much and she would tell my kids what to and not to do.
