not a problem checking in at all. and the staff guy was great when we checked in very polite

they don’t have breakfast but that’s ok. lots of food places around hotel.

I wanted to stay here because of the location and the indoor hot tub. We got there and the hot tub was cold and the bathtub drain was clogged. I told the front desk about it. While I was still at the front desk, the maintenance man walked into my room. My older daughter told him over and over that her little sister was in the shower and he still proceeded to walk into the bathroom where my daughter was. Needless to say, we did not stay there. The pictures online do not match what the room actually look like. The person working at the front desk was very nice and did everything she could to help us!

The staff was wonderful and accommodating.

The rooms overall were clean. The toilet backed up, the remote did not work, the heater unit was loud, the phones were broken and the shower had a leak.

1 - the room had just been cleaned and had strong cleaning chemical orders. our noses were definitely burning. 2 - the carpet was wet, I hope it was from the resent cleaning.
