The kids like the pool and hot tub most.
The back door leading in from outside didn't lock properly, so I didn't think it was safe. My door didn't seem to lock easily behind me when we entered my room.

The bed and pillow were OK that's about it we used our own blankets we had to purchase from the near by Walmart cause the ones o. The bed smelled horrible
Closet in the room door was broken. When trying to open it ironing table fell on me . The room smelled like cigarettes even though we asked for non smoking

The pool was the best! Bed was comfy, pillow need to be replaced. Clean, except carpet felt a little gross. Needs to be replaced. Pretty sure the eggs were bad. I threw up my cheese omelet about a half an hour after eating them. I was sick in the bathroom for a good hour. It was terrible. I'm sure it was a fluke but it was terrible. I was fine but weak the whole the rest of the day.

My stay was just a late night arrival and early morning departure so it was perfect for my needs.

next to a freeway, the rooms were smaller than they looked in the pictures and the breakfast bar wasn’t so good for a diabetic.

Check in was fast and staff was friendly. We needed to do some laundry and they were super informative as to where the machine's were located and to get us soap. Beds could be a bit more comfortable, but everything was clean and convenient.
we will be back this summer for Cowabunga bay which is in within walking distance from the hotel and black bear is right next door as well

Location was the only thing good about this place.
Gross floors. Drity desk. Stained and sticky desk chair. Stain sheets. Extremely wrinkled bedding. Half size pillows. Broken fan in the bathroom.

Great location, restaurants are on the same parking lot so no need to get into the car to go for dinner.
Breakfast buffet is very nice

found this property just by luck. staff was great and rooms were clean. the pool was awesome and a good American breakfast

The room was run down.
Tolet was wobbly, sink faucet was loose tiles loose, didnt have a shower curtain when we arrived had to ask for one.
Bed was super uncomfortable both had back pain the next morning. We would have switched hotels if we was staying more then 2 nights.

Plenty of hot water, clean bathroom, coffee that I could take back to my room from the breakfast room (to go cups).
Parts of the room were unpleasant. Stains on the wall by the bed, lamps seemed broken, part of the curtain was just sitting on the chair when we arrived.
