The hotel was great. No complaints. Made my trip wonderful.

Hallways were hot. Elevator was too warm.

We stayed for 3 nights and We had to get the room key programmed every day. The breakfast was not that great.

The warm pool and hot tub .it was very easy to get on and off the hwy The breakfast was average, which was expected but was good.

The breakfast was quite bad. No fresh fruit, junky prepackaged food, no eggs. We have family members that are gluten free. There was literally nothing for us to eat except high sugar yogurt and fruit cup.

AC was noisy and never really cooled the room. Shows waffle makers in online photos, no waffles. Breakfast was pretty bland, cereal, bagels and cold breakfast biscuits with no directions for heating in the microwave.

I got ripped off by them. They double charged me for the room and refused to re-imburse me. They said I booked the room twice and they had a no-refund policy. When I complained at check-in, they said there was nothing they could do. I wanted to see as manager, but they were not available. They then put me in a room that had hundreds of ants in it, and I did not realize it until I got up and was covered in them. I complained but they said there was nothing they could do. When I called the number, they gave me to complain, I realized it was in India and the person trying to help me spoke very broken English. It appeared most of the staff were also of Indian descent. You can believe I will never stay at a Choice hotel again, nor will any of my family or employees. Imagine waking up, covered in ants and all they could say is we're sorry, but there is nothing we can do.

The breakfast was a little thin. Continental. No eggs. Nothing hot. I was on the back of the hotel bordering a major artery. Just before bed, a truck came through with engine brake on and it was very loud. Fortunately, there were no more loud vehicles, but I will ask for a “front” room next time just in case.
