Said "pay at property" but took money 12 hours before. Took $100 hold for incidentals but didn't hold, took the money. Shady business practices.

Dirty, bed were horrible, did not clean our room once, pool was closed, breakfast was gross.

The breakfast was good, they had a variety of food to choose from and they change it up each day. the location was good. The majority of the staff was good with exception of the young lady that check me in.

The young lady that checked me was VERY vague , she didnt explain anything , I had to ask about everything, where are the elevators, when and where is breakfast served. There was no friendliness about her at all. I personally feel someone like her SHOULD NOT be out front. All of the other staff was very frendly , willing to share information and courteous.

My key went on the blink and I had to go to the front desk to get them to reset my key and sometime that did not work so the lady, working at the desk came after programming my key and she bought a spare key with her just in case that didn't work which the key that she had didn't work the one she gave me is supposed to reprogram did not work that was the only held up about that place overall great place to be I might have to return one day

did not stay here staff was rude book 2 rooms only one was ready after almost 2 hours mother rom was still not ready front desk was not helpful asked for refund manager stated refunded wasn’t an option then after she was upset because she didn’t like my response to my rooms not being ready she decided to lie and stated I had a noise complaint )no one had even been in the room besides to bring luggage) and then decided to refund my money also did not get a receipt stated they didn’t print receipts

The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
