overall underwhelming

we stayed in the top floor, the rooms had obviously just been remodeled. the room itself was fine.

for a family of three we were only given two towels. when I asked the lobby clerk about getting another he said they didn’t have any. the next morning I went down to get a towel and was told they didn’t have any. so I ended up having to drive to Walmart to provide my own towels. also, breakfast service ends at 9:30 during the week, which to their credit was posted, but just be aware if you come down at 9:35 it’s all closed off.

My visit was good.

The facility was great, clean and love the modern decor.

They locked us out of the building and our room at 10:30 am when check-out is at 11. I was traveling from out of town and was quite annoyed that while trying to load my car I was locked out the side entrance. which I specifically took because my husband is disabled and we didn’t want to do any extra walking. We were also locked out of our room that we needed to get back into to gather our remaining belongings.

We only stayed to sleep before moving on to our next destination in the morning.

The staff was willing to help us. The breakfast is adequate.

Having to move rooms isn't great, but I realize they didn't have many options to fix the issues. It was great that they had rooms available to do this, but it shouldn't have been necessary in the first place.

Breakfast was alright. Location is good. Accommodation for pets is good.

Our room on the ground floor was right by an exterior door which slammed loudly and frequently after hours. The fridge in our room leaked water on the floor.

This is the second time I stayed there this year and I am planning on staying again in August.

Breakfast was good and always hot each morning we went. The staff member on scene was friendly and kept the seating area clean. Met my expectations each day.

The elevator was a little slow

The staff was friendly but Wi-Fi hookup to your iPads needs a little work or maybe smart tvs would be nice

Nothing other than the Wi-Fi smart tvs will be nice
