The staff was exceptionally nice. The beds were comfortable

There was alot of people loitering outside the building. There was trash scattered in the hallway. We were waken up before checkout time which was a little errr.

The closeness of the location to the area I was visiting.

I’d had good experiences up to this point, but I didn’t like that I had to switch rooms because someone was already in the room after I’d checked into it. Some of the staff were also staring at me as I was walking down the hallways, which made me feel like I was out of place.

Everything was absolutely Perfect!! Clean and quiet and very comfortable!!

I had a place to sleep.

The room is old, lampshades are filthy, dirty. The beds are very hard flat pillows. No coffee maker in the room. There is no elevator only stairs. I was on the third floor and I am elderly and handicapped. The sink faucet would not turn off. there were no USB outlets whatsoever. This hotel is very outdated.

No evaluator. 3 stories high. Old facilities. Rusty lamps. Lack of cleanness

I was put in 4 different rooms that were all maintenance nightmares and no working bathroom!!!! Hostile staff that withholded there names and owners name and contact info! I would never stay again. They lied to me and stile my money for a bed and thats all!! Couldn't shower or use sink! Had to rent another hotel room at another hotel in morning just to shower! I demand a refund or im calling OSHA and the better business bureau! I have lawyers on retainer and due to the snarky hostile manager on duty i will use them. You cant rent rooms without bathrrom and facilities working. Its false advertising and illigal renting of a dwellmg not up to code! And the fire extinguishers had plastic bags over them!! I have videos of everything including hostile staff refusing to give there name or owners name.

It was cheap

The building was dumpy, reeked of weed, our keys stopped working every day we were there, the location was in the ghetto, the room was tiny (my husband and I couldnt get out of each others way) and wasn't cleaned when we got there even though the desk clerk said no one was in it the night before, there were several 'repairs' done to the room that looked unfinished, and there was some serious gaps in the flooring. Would not recommend, even if your budget is small.

They allowed us to check in slightly early

Beds weren't comfortable and the next day we were covered in bites of some sort. When I called, they offered nothing to reimburse us or do anything to remedy our experience

I really enjoyed my stay at Red Roof Inn. The staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and comfy.

I feel the Wi-Fi connection could be a lot better.

At least we had housekeeping!

Everything else. Poor maintenance abounded. The toilet needed new "flush kit" as you had to hold down the handle to get it to flush. The tub/shower needed the shower valve looked at as it would not properly divert water to the shower. When I went to the office and reported a room refrigerator not working they seemed more concerned with my general wellbeing than with a customer item not working. It never was fixed while we were there. Has it ever been fixed?
