Everything. Check in relatively quick. Staff bery friendly and personable. They have completed major renovation with new carpeting, furniture etc. Really nice!

The front desk staff member was very accommodating and friendly. He originally gave me a ground level floor which I was not comfortable with because I was alone and their were a group men hanging around outside the room. He found me a room on an upper floor.

The new room was suppose to be non-smoking but smelled of stale cigarette smoke and there was a man continuously smoking right outside my room in the walkway. The room was clean but the bedspreads were dirty and one had a few cigarette burns in it.

easy to find and quite clean. the staff were all super friendly and helpful. one of the best hotel stays I’ve experienced in that area. room was very clean and towels were great. it’s the little things.

plumbing issues therefore the employee had to go across the street to 7\11 to use the restroom?! fold out couch sheets were dirty room smelled like stale cigarettes even though it’s supposed to be a non smoking room

The front desk clerk was very kind

I was given a room that STUNK like old cigarettes! Had to wear my mask just to breathe! After clerk came in & I complained, he switched my room but it still had a cigarette & musty odor. The bathtub had a huge gross yellow glue slipped over the inside about 1 foot long! I didn’t bathe in it! I will never book there again, should have slept in my car & saved me $120!!!! 👎👎👎
