Alles. Prima hotel en zeker voor dat geld. Jammer dat de hottub het al lang niet meer doet.

Hottub

Good location, staff was very friendly and upgraded us because we are newlyweds and just got married very nice of them to do!

The cable didn’t work on the tv and the light was out in the jacuzzi area it was also very noisy

It was clean and front desk had nice people. Breakfast was nice

The only thing was cleaning staff forgot soap and usually there is one extra pillow where clothes can be hung up

The room was clean and comfortable.

There isn't anything I can say I disliked.

Only one entrance staff weren’t approachable, rooms smelled weird

Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, many choices and free! Location was good, easily accessible to highways but didn't hear the traffic while we slept.

Hot tub was closed and pool was closed for most of our stay.

Flew from pa to Washington with my kids and went camping for a week. Our last day we booked this hotel for the hot tub. We arrived and woman said it’s broken. I asked if there was another facility we could use and she gave us a number they may allow us to use it. The facility said no bc it was only for their guest. We asked for a refund so we could get what we paid for and she said we would would have to go through company. . We spent xtra money for the hot tube and pool. Very disappointing. When we got to the lobby there were two boys with life vests on and no one told them it was broken. Family time is very limited as well as vacation time. Very disappointing.

Staff that found a facility we could use because the one we laid for was broken. Instead gave us a number to call and say they “may” let you. I worked customer service For 27 years and this is unacceptable. She should have figured it out for us

Nice property with clean room.

Had booked because of the outdoor pool but it wasn’t open, which was a disappointment on some very hot days.
