Not secure . Connecting room couldn't close or lock Deadbolt broken extended. Few normal room amenities, USB ports, luggage rack, bed lamps, etc. Patched ceiling from leak above, mold

There is no way that room should be given to anyone else until the toilet in the bathroom is replaced! The toilet seat was peeling and disgusting looking. A $25 purchase at Walmart would fix that. The toilet itself was stained in the bowl and disgusting looking too and after every flush the toilet whistled while the bowl refilled! I told the desk clerk and I sincerely hope the entire toilet is replaced before utilizing that room.

I love how friendly the people are. it’s why I keep returning. On New Years Eve, we were told by a worker how to get around safely by a shuttle if needed. I’ll be honest it’s not the best looking hotel but the people who work there make the experience different.

It could use a little renovation.

Sink was plugged. Heater was not working properly and was noisy.

The price fits the quality, staff, accommodates for whatever my needs to get room I needed.

The room was not clean. There was tissue in the toilet. Also very dark not enough lighting and cold. Run down and needed upgraded. Carpets stained and dirty looking.

The room had poop around the toilet, it didn’t flush without help, there was garbage under the bed and behind the chair.

no elevator very noisy next to highway. very dirty carpet felt wet in suite. carpet was filthy dirty in hallways & stunk like fish, very old bed with topper made us both itchy

Just off the highway. The Manager was able to check us in at 1pm. She was very sweet.

It was a good location. Everything is pretty close. I liked the staff, very friendly and helpful.

The room was not clean when we got there, there was stains on the covers and the toilet kept flushing by itself, the room smelled too much of cigarettes. There was stuff breaking apart, and overall it wasn’t as clean as a I thought for the price I paid.
