No complaints

Clean, quiet place to stay for a quick overnight visit to the area. I’m thankful they allowed my 3 small dogs to stay with me as well! Very friendly staff! Nice little breakfast to start your day. Would stay here again if ever in the area. Love the fact that they put me in a room right next to an exit for ease of taking my dogs outside to potty!

I stayed in a pet friendly room, which is a wonderful perk of this hotel. However, you could definitely tell it was a pet friendly room. Dog urine smell in the bathroom. I think a good urine eliminator cleaner would do wonders to help eliminate this. Maybe try Furry Freshness to clean the tile, works excellent to get that smell out. Unfortunately there was a guest or 2 that took advantage of their pet being allowed to stay and did not clean up after them when they went to the bathroom right outside the door. Unfortunate that some people take advantage of hotels allowing you to stay with your pets!

Breakfast sucked

Not fancy but very clean, which’s means more to me. Quiet. Room heater worked terrific (after I figured out one of the windows was partially open and it was 8 degrees out!) Snack machines were not outrageously overpriced like most chains I’ve stayed in so I didn’t need to drive around for a soda. Breakfast was just right: not too fancy to end as a disappointment but just as good.

The only thing I disliked was the really bright parking lot lights shining all night long.

They are wasting energy and money by skimping on blankets. it is icy cold in Wisconsin in February. The bed was made with one thin blanket. When I asked for another one they said, doesn’t the heater work? This is a terrible policy. Burning fossil fuels to make electricity or heat a motel room pumps unnecessary tons of carbon into the atmosphere and is destroying our planet. Put an extra blanket on the bed in every room. Save thousands of dollars in electricity bills over the course of a winter.

Breakfast could be a lot better

The breakfast was o.k. The pancake machine was cool and the yogurt yummy. The room was VERY clean.

there was no milk to put on the oatmeal. There was no dry cereal either. Only apples as fruit. We brought our own fruit. We noticed that the front door button to open the door automatically is VERY short. If I was handicapped the door would shut before I got halfway through the door.

Location was convenient

Breakfast was basically non existent. Hardly anything to choose from. Room was dirty. Hair in sink! Leftovers left stinking in fridge.

Everything was exceptional. was on our way home from Canada.
