The air conditioning worked very well.

The rooms were much smaller than pictured. The staff wasn’t friendly. We paid a grand for two nights. The couch bed was in bad shape. The bed was more like a full than a queen. The facilities seemed clean, but old.

Did not stay in room because my children and I have breathing problems and the air quality in the hotel was to bad to risk our health.

The air smelled of smoke near elevator and dusty.

the bathroom counter very very dirty, the check in time is at 3 pm and only one person to check in about 15 guest who where checking in at the same time.

The room was very large and well furnished (it looked like an apartment with its kitchen). Breakfast was acceptable.

The lady at the Front Desk was not very friendly. We had to wait 35 minutes to be checked-in !! Moreover, I have been charged twice on my account ! 2 possibilities : or this lady tried to scam me, or she is incompetent for this job ! (I would opt for the second one...) I sent them a message to fix the problem : no answer from them !! Do not stay there... if you wanna save money and time !

I had left my gold necklace in room 212 and I forgotten it when I checked out… I called the hotel back a hr or 2 after I checked out and asked them did they find it and they NEVER RESPONDED…

our room had a weird smell. room was clean, but wasn't anything spectacular. wont be back as it was way far from the concert we were going to.

The staff was not professional. The property was filthy. People live there and are very loud. It's dirty. I can even begin to say how disappointed I am with this property.

Great room, I loved it and really enjoyed myself. Looking forward to coming back.

Bathroom could have been cleaner and the ice machine was down on the 3rd floor so that sucked but overall great visit.
