Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Room was clean.
Pool water was freezing! I had my 5 year old grandson playing in the kiddie pool area, and the water was so cold!!! He played for 3 hours, so it didn't affect him. He was shivering for the most part!

I loved how secluded the property was. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable.
I was very disappointed to find out the hot tub wasn’t working. The breakfast could have been a tad better wasn’t too happy with that. The pancakes were hard as a rock.

Really not to much.
The room stunk like BO. Gross. Didn't appreciate the strick checking in. Pissed that I couldn't enjoy the hot tub because of small children in there swimming and playing around. Your strick when you check in but other stuff people can do whatever they want. I won't stay here again.

it’s always so clean and relaxing. we had a great time this was our 4th time staying and we stayed for
Christmas with my whole family so the kids all had a great time swimming and the breakfast is always great!

I like the fact that my kids can swim and they have a little kid for for the kids in the breakfast and how big the rooms are
I didn't like the fact on my first night there we seen bugs so I had to get my room changed

Ease of access. Traveling with pet. Room was very close to outside door.
Bed very comfortable. Bathroom good. Very nice shower. Christmas decorations were nice.
Getting out of building and into parking lot or dog walk area. Snow was plowed up too high by the curb.

Good value, good breakfast, really nice pool.
The woman working the front desk in the evening to night was not pleasent but the morning staff was. There was an electrical fire. We all had to go outside in our swimsuits and barefoot and nothing was offered not even a "so sorry for the inconvenience"

Pool was great. Really liked the room layouts ( 2 bdrm queen)
Room wasn't cleaned well. Freezer had food remnants in it, beef stick wrappers under bed. Candy wrappers and dirt around other beds and couch.
Beds were clean, bathroom was clean.
Rooms weren't very soundproof. Heard people walking upstairs, and talking.
Light switches didn't work.

Family suite had plenty of space. I liked having a separate bedroom for the parents. Breakfast area was big and clean...good selection of food. Pool area was big, children's pool was terrific!
Beds were small..like full/double size. Floor plan was plenty big enough for queen and king size bed.

There were fruit flies in our room. They were especially attracted to the bathroom mirror.
