Nothing is was dirty smelly gross

Everything staff was unhelpful i did not have a working toilet. The place was hot and stinky, and there were bug traps everywhere. Please warn people before they waste their money.

Room was dirty, hotel smelled old.

Hotel manager, awesome. Value, awesome. Location, awesome. Clean? Rooms clean. Outside needs more cleaning. Plants in lobby need watering desperately. Great place to stay. Pool area is amazing.

Parking lot needs serious cleaning. Too much garbage.

Front desk receptionists were extremely unprofessional, they made comments about the amount of money that I paid for a Non-smoking King room, so they decide to give me a room base on what I have paid. The hotel is not a clean at all book your stay somewhere else. Thankfully they cancel my reservation because it was very clear that I didn't book the room that I was given, and I was able to book another place.

The hotel stunk, the customer service was poor, and the rooms were filthy and smelled like someone just finished smoking. We left and went to another hotel.

The idea of the hotel was really cool. But I think it peaked like 10 years ago. We stayed in the pool area and there were leaks all coming from the glass ceiling. The locks on the doors and the people who were there were a little questionable. There were 2 tiles missing from the bathroom ceiling. One above the shower. The staff was kind . The vending machines were limited. Its kinda like a motel.

Restaurant was not open, property is run down and needs remodeling. Was very concerned about the appearance of the hotel upon arrival.

Quiet. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Great location. Great price.

The entire place needs a little TLC like paint, brighter bulbs in bath, a bit of varnish here & there, etc. That's all that's needed because it is a bit old. It wouldn't take too much to make the room A+ rated.

Under construction understandable. I’ve been in housekeeping/house cleaning for over 10 years I couldn’t help but leave my business card. Biggest issue was my 22 month old son found a cockroach in the bathroom and tripped over a paint can in the hallway. Maybe I’m overthinking it but it’s possible to eliminate cockroaches.

they were in the process of updating but the property was decently kept.

wi-Fi went down second day of my stay had to go to lobby if I wanted to use any type of Wi-Fi. There was no explanation or an update if that was even going to get fixed.

Carpet in the hall was old and smells. But are doing renovations . Hopefully it put on the right track. Rooms n furniture needs updating.

Room was not cleaned under beds. Remote was missing battery cover(which is why I looked under beds). Credit though, for being under construction.

The front staff did address the ridiculous screaming drunk people at 1 am in the echoing hall when I called the front desk after they woke my children up.

The room is very old and the carpet looked to gross. I have little kids and it was just nasty to sleep there. There is no blanket only a thin sheet so we slept in our jackets. Just everything is really old and dingy and trust me, I’m not a high maintenance person. Also, one of the main reasons we chose it, the pool, was closed for the season
