I like the location because it was centrally located to a lot of places that we wanted to visit. I like that it had a pool which was a bonus. I like the size of the room because it was big enough for me and my daughter.
The room was not clean. My sheets and bed cover had stains on them. The bathroom was not clean. I didn't get any room service after the first night. I didn't know if I was supposed to request them or not.

Everything was dirty and disgusting it smelled like someone has been smoking in there for years our bed sheets were dirty I asked for clean ones they put new ones in and they were still dirty the floors where nasty

SO DIRTY!!!! the breakfast included was so nasty, they don’t provide anything to drink with it. honestly this was a spur of the moment trip and we were only in the room to sleep. if that’s what your looking for then it’s okay.

Location. They did refund me quickly and without question when I said we weren’t staying there. The staff knew it was bad.
Room was dirty. The floor of the bathtub was completely broken and taped back together. Also the towels hadn’t been washed. Had the previous guests makeup on them still.

Didn't have breakfast. Location was good.
Water pressure in the shower was really low. Toilet was a little dirty. Looked like there was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom

The coffee was very good. The staff were very nice too.
I was very surprised the room was as dirty as it was. Not nasty just not clean. My stay was fine but I was disappointed that it wasn’t great. I was there to relax from a long drive. There was no bathtub, so no relaxing bath. Not an extreme problem, just a let down instead of a pick me up.

The room was good and breakfast was as well. Christina when we first got there was super nice.
On Saturday morning I went to use the bathroom in the lobby and was told "oh we do not open that for use". I had to go back to room to use bathroom which I found ridiculous. It was a man, I didn't catch his name but he was working on Saturday morning (4-15-23). I believe he just didn't want to take the effort to unlock for me because we used it when we checked in on Friday.

Clean room
Need update. People looks like homeless in the halls. People smoking marijuana in the halls, and the rooms was smelled like that.

I love the room.
I love the staff.
The property was clean, the breakfast was good, the lobby is gorgeous, I just loved everything about the hotel!
The hotel was also very quiet and peaceful!
Omg and the beds were like sleeping on clouds!
There wasn't nothing wrong to dislike!
