Beach, Room and Location

Location on the beach was great, close to many restaurants, and had free bikes. Staff was very friendly.

The rooms need serious upgrading, especially the bathroom. The shower curtain was ripped, the shower lighting was poor, and grout needed repair. Carpets should be replaced/removed. The restaurant had a bad odor upon entering.

I loved having a beach front property! I especially liked having the tiki bar, the happy hour and food menu was convenient!

The location was superb with a short walk to the beach. The grounds were well kept, with many flowering bushes.

The staff is wonderful, the pool and amenities are very enjoyable.

The bathroom needs ventilation and a broom on hand in the room for sweeping up sand.

Dishes but no utensils, no bottled water, housekeeping very late on the third day after several phone calls to front desk to make sure it was on the list, reception on check out not very friendly

There was no sink in the kitchen area. Had to rinse/clean dishes in bathroom sink.

Facilities. Close to beach. Comfy bed. Screened in porch.

It was expensive to stay. The room was dated. Limited kitchen supplies. Musty smell.

the room was not clean, smelled, was missing furnire and lamps, and had stained furniture.

The staff was excellent, professional and very swift to respond to our text questions. The process of beach towels and return/exchange of linens for the room was efficient. The property was very well kept.

The faucet in the kitchen broke the first night we were there...kind of poorly put together. Also, no one at the front desk really knew where we could do our personal laundry. They pointed to a path behind the Song of the Seas - we wandered for quite awhile. Front desk people should actually go to it - guests should be told to go onto the road and turn into the Song of the Seas - the laundry is right there, easy to view. Lastly, bathrooms should have fans.

Amanda and Jason in reception were excellent. they were very pleasant , efficientvand helpful.

Other reception staff, only one bathroom by pool/ beach. Not enough seats at pool or beach.

Very pleasant .and laid back. Great locatiion. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Outside grill/bar by pool closed too early ,especially on weekend ( 7pm ).

The only thing I would mention, and not a problem as much something to note. When we booked the pictures led us to believe we would be looking just at the ocean. We ended up with a balcony more facing the front of another one of the buildings and a Peking lot. The ocean was still visible so not an issue but different than expected

Close to beach, nice pool, Tiki bar was nice, always closed too early.

Property was old, and it looked it...could use an update.

The location was amazing, right on the beach and the staff was excellent helping with bikes, chairs, umbrellas... whatever we needed.

The shower curtain left gaps so water on the floor and a bit of cleanliness.
