Great location could walk to everything.Breakfast was outstanding everyone was so nice.
No ice maker working told them about it ,had a lot of trouble with the door getting in .

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The facilities and amenities were awesome. I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else.
I couldn’t stay longer and I forgot to pack a bathing suit, the pool/hot tub is beautiful.

Everything the outside of the hotel was super cute. Very very clean I loved it. The hotel inside was super cute and our room was excellent. Will be back for sure. They did exceptional job to make it romantic for us as my husband and I traveled for couple weekend. Close to everything.

The staff was so friendly. How the room was decorated. The towels were made into flowers. And receiving a gift bag. The room was nice and clean.
We were charged for 2 figi bottles of water for 8.00 and didn't even have any in the room. I received 2 bottles of water but they were generic. I didn't know until I got home.

we have been visiting Mill Creek for over 4 years for work and for leisure. It is calm and quit and clean. it’s close to shops and food and the water.
This time around my husband and myself woke up very, very sore. our backs hurt for two days after we returned home, disappointing. The internet kept disconnecting which made watching tv during down time horribly annoying ; especially when I paid over $700 for a night and a half.

Breakfast buffet is OUTSTANDING. You can watch them grill bacon, sausage and fresh eggs on outdoor flat top.
Parking is convenient, under the hotel with elevator to all floors.
Place is a bit dated. Pool and hot tub area small, but expanding is probably impossible simply due to other surronding property lines and zoning.
Pretty expensive, we could have stayed in a Chicago hotel for 4 nights for what I paid for 2 here.

Breakfast was fine. Having the kitchenette was convenient for filling water bottles. Space enough for three adults. Lots of towels! Loved the fireplace and the small patio. Hotel is superconvenient to downtown Lake Geneva and most of the things we wanted to see.
Had to unplug the plug-in air freshener - too much scent for the small space. No coffeemaker in the room! Spiderwebs (and spiders) in the corner of the bedroom.
