Had time for juice, cranberry juice and yogurt. It was all I needed.
Everything was great. The driver of the shuttle to the airport provided excellent service.

The service was excellent. The Shuttle to the airport runs 24/7.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The friendliness of the staff, the location for what we needed and the speedy shuttle to the airport. The food was good and convenient. Our room was great and the kids loved the pool.
The coffee could have been better and have more options for cream. The food was good, just not warm enough. That's all I really have. We love staying at Drury.

Parking was horrible. Distance from parking lot to door was too far. The rooms are extremely small. I have a handicapped son in a wheelchair.

Obviously there is a HUGE difference between the drury plaza hotel and the drury inn and suites. Not real clean and needs updating. Bad! Was disappointed. Clean and fresh looking are my number ones. Felt like a motel not a hotel.

Refrigerator wasn't very cold and hard to store stuff. Didnt fit right in it
