Clean comfortable room. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Located next to a strip mall with a variety of food and souvenirs. Just a couple miles from Mt Rushmore.

location is good

The room was outdated. The carpet smelled moldy and old. We tried to check out at 6:45 am and the reception was closed. We couldn't even get your breakfast in a covid barf bag. We were really disappointed as it said no where it would be closed and we were not told about the office hours when we checked in. Overall, this was not worth 150$ a night.

The room was clean. The location is the best asset. Close to the local restaurants and shops. Live music was playing outdoor across the street on Sat evening. Just a quick drive to Mt. Rushmore(5 min)

Staying on the 3rd floor and only have stair access was a bit rough during the high heat and hauling luggage but doable. Rooms could use an update. Breakfast selection was limited but suffice.

Very friendly staff, very nice location, very good value.

Everything was ok, just the bathroom wasn't clean. But overall, it was very good.

Beds were very comfortable.

The shower head broke off and hit my daughter in the head with force from the water pressure. Management seemed to not care one bit. Didn't even ask if my daughter was ok. I went to get us some food from downstairs to find out someone was in our room without me being there and my daughter was laying down while I got food. They fixed the shower but was not ok with them entering while I was not there and not ok that there was no apology. Management was rude to the other workers right in front of us also.
