This hotel was terrible. It has not been kept up. Room was dirty, walls looked terrible like someone tried to repair and paint. Our room smelled and we did not feel safe. We slept with our clothes on and on top of the blankets. The back door was left open and anyone could just walk in and out. We were only there for one night we had to travel to Salina for a visitation and funeral for a loved one.

Check in person was very welcoming and kind.

Confirmation was for king bed non smoking room. When we arrived we were told our room was not ready, clean, or available, that it was "in bad shape" and that there were no more king rooms available. She instead assured us that we would be even more pleased with a larger room with 2 queen size beds. . Instead our room was a one bed double bed size room. (Rm #109) We were VERY disappiinted. The room was otherwise OK except for old large ugly stain in middle of table chair.

Okayce adequate. Waffle and coffee okay. No fresh fruit.

We have come to trust staying at any Days Inn as the rooms are great, always clean and staff is friendly.

The room was very nice, I was given a suite since the checkin process was problematic. It was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The check in process was 45 mins late due to it being fully booked the night before. Evident of a staffing shortage and the person who was there clearly had no clue what she was doing since she kept calling for help for each individual check in. Management needs to do better to make sure the workers are properly trained and can handle themselves alone on a busy weekend.
