Always nice staff.
The fridge in our room didn’t work.

Breakfast was excellent and all staff went above and beyond. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay again.
The pool/hot tub was extremely busy. It would be amazing to have adult only hours from 10-11 or something like that because the pool room was overcrowded the whole day.

Clean for the most part. Hot breakfast and supper. Hotel room was super comfortable and clean. There is a Red Robbins next door, so that is an option for food if you’d like something other than what the hotel is serving or if you get there too late.
Even though the property was clean, the smell of marijuana was pretty strong on our floor as well as in the elevator. Lots of children that weren’t being supervised… which created a very loud and semi-chaotic atmosphere. I also didn’t care for supper being done at 7. My fiancé and I had a super early start to our morning and got back in the afternoon and went to bed. By the time we woke up, supper was done being served at 7PM sharp.

The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub was nice, with an indoor and outdoor. I loved the free breakfast buffet, the dinner buffet and the three free alcoholic drinks per night.

Free dinner, drinks, and breakfast included in the price. The indoor/outdoor pool was great for the kids, and the water was not too cold, even for March.

The breakfast and dinner were great. The staff was very polite and kept the place very clean. The hotel was pretty full and everything still ran smooth with minimal wait times.

Greeted promptly at arrival. Informed of the rewards offered by joining with Drury Inn. Given information regarding hospital patient discounts for future stays. Plenty of food options at breakfast, area was clean and stocked. Great size bathrooms.
Quite a few police and ambulances passing throughout the night which made it difficult to stay asleep.

Desk services warm, friendly and accommodating. We liked the popcorn, very inviting to smell in the lobby.

amazing evening happy hour with many food choices.
entrance into was a hassle depending on what direction you were coming from . thermostat in room set on 62 degrees. a bit chilly.

The employees are always super nice ,the beds are very comfortable. This is our favorite hotel!!!
The only thing I didn't like is the pool hours. Other than that I have no other complaints.

Small pool and hot tub for the amount of rooms and guests.
Breakfast was ok, expected a bit more quality especially in the eggs and sausage with such a large hotel
