Location and Clean

Worse front desk employee I've ever encountered. Asked not to be bothered, put dnd on door and still knocking and coming into room. Asked to stay another night and will be down in afternoon because of late er visit. Front desk clerk had maids knock on door twice then called room before noon. Unbelievable, worse customer service. Never will stay again.

When reserving I asked if they had a shuttle to the airport, they said they did, that was the main reason I stayed there. When I arrived there they told me they didn’t provided any service like that. There’s no phone in the rooms, if you need something you have to go down to the lobby.

More parking would be nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was a little difficult to figure out, but nice after I figured out how not to scald myself. We did have a bit of a problem parking our truck. It is an F 250 super cab long bed. There weren’t many parking spaces big enough to accommodate that size vehicle. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall our stay was pretty good.

the smell when you entered the lobby was horrible it spoilt an otherwise great hotel. such a shame all they would need to do is freshen it up and it would really make a huge difference. pool was green. We liked the hotel and would score it much higher but first impressions are so important and that smell!

Pool was dirty, had a green tint. Gym had very dated equipment. Price was very expensive for the quality of the room.

thank you to the staff for allowing me to book in early. this made my stay really pleasant. due to a flight cancellation, I had to book in almost 6 hours before book in time.

Smell of the room

Accused of taking pillows from hotel when they weren’t in the room to start with. Charged extra 100 dollars besides the 100 for deposit. A worker lied about when manager would be there to solve the problem, which made me travel 2 hours for nothing.

Great location.

Bathroom had towels enough for 1person. It took 2 calls and a couple of hours to get the rest supplied. The facility is old - loud AC, creaky bed, ancient toilet.

Location and size of room.

Lack of supplies, bugs, dirty sheet, internet worked 15% of the time , which meant no tv and key cards had to be changed every day for three day stay.

The king size bed was really comfortable. The room was good, clean. The set up was ok. The location was good. The pool was nice. The hot tub was ok only 3 jets worked but all around not bad. We would stay again.

The TV stations were bad, way to many news stations, the wifi was horrible. The price was high for the room you get.
