On staff chef in the restaurant onsite the meals were exceptional!
No TV channels - we called down to office they could only tell us they don't know when technician coming out. If I was the manager I would have been calling that company every 30 minutes for an answer to why my guests will not have channel access.

The lighting in the room was not that good. There's a bunch of blinks like previous light switches that are throughout the walls. I was under the assumption that breakfast was free. Which it was not we did have breakfast there and it sucked for what we paid. Mcdonald's would have been cheaper and better. Having the landscapers mowing and leaf blowing so early not cool.

They were very accommodating when I needed to switch the reservation date.
We had an executive suite and the room had a weird smell to it. Plus, the tub wasn't as clean as it should be. I had to wipe everything down to make sure everything was properly sanitized. For the size of the suite, there should have been more amenities and a better refrigerator.

Workers are friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant and the workers were very nice.

No Breakfast which turned out to be great as the dining room had the most delicious egg wrap.
Parking was a bit distant from the entrance. We had bikes on this biz trip but the room accommodated that easily.

The room had a door as if it was connected to the adjacent room...the problem was, the person in the other room had the tv on to past 3 am and the sound insulation from the internal door was poor
