Decent beds, clean sheets, spacious room.

A/C wasn’t on prior to arrival and it was a hot day. Took at least 4 hours for the room to cool down. Floor was super dirty. No bath towels were available and when we requested some, every one provided was stained and had hairs on them. There were roaches, ants, spiders and mosquitos in the restroom. We had ants all over the car after leaving the next morning.

just the smell and the bed didn’t seem so clean

Rooms were big. Everything was clean. Staff was nice

With booking.com i was able to book a room for 3 people, two beds for under $100 the same day on-line. Our car broke down, so my arrival time got pushed to later and got a tow there to the Haven Hotel. Easy parking to push vehicle into spot! Resturants & game rooms all within walking distance! We are from another state & didnt realize repair shops were closed on weekends! So had to rent a car to begin a job in southern California! We talked with hotel manager about leaving vehical there in hotel until Monday morning! He was accommodating! It made our venture less stressful!

The Haven on Parkway is an older single story complex, so it needs a little help! Sunday morning there was some workers there repairing rooms or up grading? A little loud!

cockroaches in room. Towels were pathetic and the lights in room didn’t work above both beds.

Everything was good

I liked that there were not so many people around it was quiet and peaceful

Well let start with only 1 light worked all the drawers in the dressers where broken there was no towels it was dirty the curtains where barley hanging on it was not worth $109

the location. it was close to were I needed to be the next day. it also had a fridge, microwave and the AC worked well.

no pillows on the beds, no closet in room to hang up clothes, only one towel and that towel was wafer thin with the texture of sandpaper.

The room was great, the air conditioning was ice cold, perfect desk for my Mac book and big enough to make a work space. The staff were friendly and personable like I've known them for Hella days. It was quiet and clean throughout my weekend stay and affordable to boot. Thanks again Haven Inn.

The room was home like comfortable an roomy cool worked awesome shower was grate decent location friendly staff very polite and helpful

The manager was very understanding and helpful and he was very happy to help positive attitude gose quite along way in my book and what rooms lack is made up with his positive attitude and willing to make sure customers. Are happy and he had a smile on his face doing this that's why I will return. And the price is outstanding truly

Rooms are not the best but one thing we loved the bed was very comfortable the house keepers s did not check to see if we need clean towels since we added extra days from one night too four so we should not have to ask for clean towels and trash to be dumped but what they lack the manager makes up for it by his positive attitude and he happy to oblige in what we needed that's is the only reason we decided to stayed longer at the hotel instead of going somewhere r else honestly
