At 80 & 82 my wife and I were given an upstairs room with no elevator.

Everything in the room worked and was clean.

We had to track down the continental breakfast. It was not discussed with us at check in and was not in the lobby area. It was over crowded so we skipped it.

The facility has been updated. The room decor is good and the bed comfortable.

The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. There had been attempts to repair it, but it needed a serious repair. The treadmill in the workout room was not operational and was a disappointment. The desk clerk at checkin was a polite and helpful person. In the morning, the desk clerk didn’t want to be bothered and didn’t care about the treadmill condition.

Clean, good size room. Good location. Comfortable bed.

Check in was at 2pm and we were paying at hotel. At 3:30 when we werent there yet, hotel called me and said they ran my card (I had used to reserve room) and it was declined. I told him it was pay at hotel and he said that my room was going to be canceled if we didnt get there immediately. I checked my card and there was PLENTY of money on it, im thinking they had put wrong numbers in ??? but we had to rush to hotel and straighten it out or our room was going to be canceled . Once it was straightened out, we had to leave again without going to our room. We got back to hotel around 6:30 and found the TV wasn't working. It was the TV cable box that was broken, so no TV in room. Asked for different room but front desk said they were full and couldn't move us and we checked in at 3:30 we should have notified them then about tv. Super rude man at front desk!!! Bad experience but very clean, comfortable hotel.

Cold shower, dirty furniture, jacuzzi was barely warm

The location was convenient. There was a Dennys within walking distance, which suited us. The breakfast and the staff that prepared it were very good.

The lighting in the parking area could have been brighter for security purposes. The reception staff on check-in was friendly but not very professional. The room was clean but could have been better maintained. We had to unplug the refrigerator because it was making an annoying noise. The bathtub was clean but needed to be resurfaced.

Water was never hot to take a shower and the hair dryer wasn’t attached to the wall very well so was afraid it would pull loose

room had a lot of issues..dirty Brocken shower fixtures.. had to have maint look at room.. got a different room..new room had a lot of the same issues…Room repairs are very unprofessional

Basics provided and location was convenient to our friends. Friendly staff.

Had to park far away from room and carry luggage upstairs. Breakfast nice except -eggs tasted artificial. No safe in room.
