There was no ice and the staff kept saying it needed to build up, my coffe oot was broken, they had a sign saying there would be no water from !0:00_2:00 everyday due to remodeling but the staff wouldn't tell you that, you had to read the sign

They were very nice and helpful every step of the way. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast closed at 9:00, but when we came in at 8:45, they were out of waffle batter and were already starting to pick up. That’s not a big deal by any means, but it was a little disappointing.

Excellent! Usual items like Waffles, Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, Gravy. But some unusual additions like Trail mix, bagels, cream cheese, english muffins, etc.
I paid a higher rate than I committed to on Booking.com. This is the issue you sometimes encounter when paying at the property.

Check in after paying on Booking.com took over 30 minutes because hotel system did not sync up and show my payment. Finally just asked for my key while she and manager over the phone tried to get it worked out.

Location of elevator and the long walk from inside to rear of complex.

Breakfast could have been a little better, no great but not terrible.
