Construction. Place was under complete disarray and we weren’t informed of that

No mention of construction prior to booking - no restaurant, no bar. Room did not have blinds for keeping out the light. Construction work going on was noisy (of course). Room was expensive considering location (I paid less for a suite in Chicago earlier this summer). Continental breakfast was meager - no juice.

The beds and towels were clean.

Tile floors in the room made it echo, halls and stairs were unfinished concrete, facility was under construction, had to drive through contractor’s staging area in order to access the facility, musty smell, floor in the bathroom had concrete dust. No fan or hook in the bathroom.

The property is currently under construction so it smells strongly of paint and there is no flooring on the steps or in the hallways. The door to our room was also really hard to physically open. Also, the outside door to the hotel is not locked so no key card is required to enter. The construction equipment also took up many parking spots so there weren’t enough for all the guests on of the nights.

I did not kike 1. No curtains on the windows. I did not like no refund when I could not stay the second night. I then gave my key to a cousin who needed a room, When she tried to get in she was told it had been rented out to someone else. The is dishonest,.

I booked two rooms and paid for two rooms 1 1/2 months prior. That evening they only had one room reserved and no other rooms available. They said they didnt have the second reservation. So they couldnt refund my money since they didnt have the reservation. My husband and I left our family with the one room and went to try to find another motel at 10:30PM. My daughter said the room had drywall dust all over it and no toliet paper when they arrived. The motel is under construction, but cleanliness should still been provided for the rooms they are using.

We were not informed this property was under total reconstruction. The halls were uncarpeted and any noise was amplified and we could hear the staff attempting to repair the only ice machine in the hotel at 11:00 PM. There was a rock band playing an outdoor concert at a bar directly across the parking lot from our room until after 11:00 pm. What they lacked in musical talent they made up for in volume. Sleep was impossible. There was no one manning the desk when we checked in and no one when we attempted to check out. We left our key card at the desk and left. This hotel was in no condition to be open and I feel a refund would be appropriate, but again, there was no one to complain to when we left.

Under construction. Had I know this (it wasn't stated anywhere) I NEVER would have booked a room! Hotel was a disaster! Bathroom was dirty, toilet had rim of mold on it, shower mildew, bathroom floor had dirt and grime on it. NO ice machine, parking was a nightmare. Construction dust in rooms on all surfaces. Had it not been a non-refundable room, we would have left! I think booking.com has an obligation before listing, to inform customers that this hotel is under construction!

Location was great. Room was pretty well-equipped.

1. The hotel was dirty because of construction, of which neither Booking.com nor the hotel informed us. 2. The room appeared clean at first, but closer inspection showed it wasn't. 3. Toilet leaked. 4. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. 5. The room never cooled to our liking. 6. NO HOT SHOWERS!! 7. We were promised a discount by hotel, but did not receive it.

Nothing!! If I could have given a rating of below bad, I would have done it. I have traveled all over the US and the world and have never experienced anything as bad as this.

Unknown to us from the listing, they hotel was under construction renovation when we arrived with somewhere between 40 to 50 rooms in some state of repair (half the facility, including the lobby and restaurant). I paid extra for AC and there was none in any of the rooms, so there was no airflow. Dust and dirt everywhere, dirty and greasy fingerprints on the walls and wallpaper peeling. I talked to the owner and he would not refund my room or even make any other concessions due to the condition of the hotel. Even the fire alarms in the rooms did not seem to be working, so it was also a safety issue.

The pool was under construction . The fan/ac unit was plastic and taped off to prevent use of it . When I booked the room for the following nite the front desk had no idea I did and called my room telling me I had it check out .

Affordable, fairly clean, location good, included amenities as in microwave, refrigerator.

Old! The security doors do not work properly as anyone could walk right in without a keycard. Lots of doors closing very noisy late at night. Temperature in room very hard to regulate as not digital. Unsecured Internet and our private Internet service would not work on property. Coffee maker made awful tasting coffee as old & over-used. Not enough towels for amount of people & days reserved & no cleaning service. Not enough waste basket liners to dispose of trash over that many days without cleaning service.
