The staff were not existent, promised to have breakfast as an amenity, at 6am and not once did they make breakfast and they advertised they had 24 hour security and never did I once see anyone manning the office.

It was clean, comfortable, they made you feel at home, breakfast was excellent! Great cook!

This inn is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The noises of the city are distant and non-intrusive. We slept with the window cracked open all night and it was very peaceful. My special treat was the jetted tub. Hot baths are a rarity in my Alaskan life so each opportunity to have a long, hot soak is cherished. Our visit was pure joy as we celebrated a milestone moment in our marriage.

There was nothing not to like.

location is great

walls are thin and there is no one to check in guests after a certain time so people coming in and seeing no one have a tendency to call out looking for guest services until they finally figure out to use the phone in the hallway. I’ve stayed at their other property and it was much better as everyone has to check in at this property no matter which one your staying at.

Breakfast was was good with lots of coffee available.

Spring breakup and to much mud in parking lot but such is life in the north.

Entrance is no good. Office or front desk hard to find. Parking is muddy.

Kitchen and refrigerator are not clean. Our valuable necklace and ring were stolen in the room.

Beds need to be upgraded

I didn't like that some ground rules were not explained. I didn't like that the kitchen was not up to par on cleanliness.

The gentleman that owned the place was extremely rude and unhelpful. we had a trailer and arrived it all at 11:30 the night before no one was in the office so we found the only place to park with a plug-in but it took up for parking places. The next morning he said next time don’t take up six parking places and yelled at us for not parking in a better place. it was the only available parking for our trailer and there was other single parking places available. during breakfast another guest said he got in an argument with the same guy for booking on booking.com and he told the guest because they booked on booking.com they would give him a cheap room. we will never be returning there again.

quiet location. lots of free parking with plugs for block heaters.

wireless internet not working. Roku TV did not work. No cable or on-air TV.

Staff was nice

The lady told me I would get $100 back into my account after already paying $110 for the room originally . It's been a month still haven't seen anything. Totally ripped me off. $210 taken. Didn't ruin the room kept it clean picked up my trash .

The vibe of this hotel was really good. Walking into the front door my wife and I were excited. Then when we stepped into our room we were underwhelmed.

The floors in our room were not cleaned. They were sticky and gross. The bathroom had hairs all over the floor.

The bed was very comfortable and the fireplace made it warm and cozy. Breakfast was wonderful!

I couldn’t figure out how to use the jacuzzi. I ran the water, got all ready, got in and couldn’t find how or where to turn on the jets. That was disappointing but I soaked and enjoyed a warm bath anyway.
