Was in a decent surrounding area.

Was in town for 5 days. Hotel lobby was comfortable. The room? Not so much. Smelled of smoke. Air conditioning leaked water all over the carpet under it. Weird stain on lamp shade. Poor lighting in room. Pool was closed our whole stay. Have 3 kids, therefore the pool was a big part of picking this hotel. Girls Soccer team took over the hotel on Saturday running up and down halls screaming and banging around. Man obviously on drugs talking to the air all around the outside for 2 days. Complained to front desk and woman was too timid to confront issues. Called Memphis police myself on the man after he aggressively yelled at me & my 7 year old son walking to our car. Woman at desk said he was doing much of the same in his room and had multiple complaints. Surrounding area is nice, but this hotel seems to attract inconsiderate & scummy clientele. Management not equipped to handle the issues to make your stay comfortable. Will be complaining to corporate & the BBB for a partial refund. Would have left if bookings.com would allow a change of hotels.

Had to step over electrical wires in pool area which was suppose to be heated but was cold

Convenience from the Highway.

Loud noises all night, dirty beds, dirty room, hair in sink that was not ours, no towels for pool, pool was closed even after asking several times if it would be open during our stay. You have to pay for your breakfast even if you book through booking according to the staff.

Staff was nice. Especially cleaning crew! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bar located in hotel which my family enjoyed.

Main reason I picked this hotel was for the indoor pool and wifi. Wifi didn't work. And the pool has no slip guard around it. You get a little wet, you fall. So unsafe for young kids, which we had several of with us on this trip. Plus the water was cloudy and over chlorinated. Major bummer.
