I could tell there was new staff training but it didn’t affect me as a customer. Treated well thru out the visit.
Breakfast was good but was expecting more fresh fruit and other options. I wish I would of got my dates corrected before having to rush my stay. Booking.com problem with no communication other than the little from the front desk.

Facilities are very good overall.
Bad lighting (too much white light, need warmer light), and if you're unlucky enough to get a room under or next to inconsiderate neighbors, it will be noisy. I was woken up three times at night be people stomping around and then again at 4 am when someone beeped their car horn right next to my window.

The bed was decent.
My toilet didn’t flush, it constantly ran. I had to lift the top part to get it to flush. The pool was covered in hair & bugs… the hot tub was cold. The carpet in my room was sticky.

Nothing really for breakfast. Waffles nothing hot no eggs only cold cereal. Probably won’t stay at a super 8 again.

How professional and kinda the staff was. My wife misplaced her ID and she accidentally left it at the front counter. Brad who was working when we checked in held onto it is a safe place until we came and retrieved it.

Staff was helpful. Brendan, Sethel and Erika are always upbeat. The on-brand cereal and breakfast sandwiches are amazing!
