The location was the only thing I liked

The location

The ac unit didn’t work in room 234 I told the property manager he never showed It took a whole 24 hours for someone to come in look at it. Then the gentleman finally tells me there’s nothing he could do, after 10 minutes he finally comes back in tell me to move to room 231. Im just trying to figure out why was the hallway cooler then the room. When it was time for check out I seen a maintenance man coming out of room 234.

Was told elevator was broke so front desk got me room on first floor. Awesome location.

Not much to be honest

Problems during check in due to “late check in” and their systems counting me as a no show, even though I specified during booking I would be a late check in. Additionally, the hotel and rooms smelled musty and were dirty

It was comfortable, safe and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I think they should provide room cleaning at least every 7 days.

clean towels

The kitchen & bathroom where dirty. The toilet and shower were not cleaned. Supposedly on the mirror in the bathroom the manager checks every room after being cleaned. False because ours was not.

The room was dirty and unlocked when I got to it. The entrance was under construction and hard to locate and the place over all felt unsafe.

Very poor

No breakfast the first morning, just coffee. The next morning we could get a granola bar. The hotel has a no smoking policy, but our hallway reeked of marijuana. Asked for a coffee pot and it was broke. Took it back down to the front desk. Shower had no water pressure. The elevator had a sign on it... recommending that 2 people only ride, but to use the stairs as much as possible. The recommended weight limit for the elevator is 3500 pounds. Either you have extremely heavy guests or the elevator is not overly safe??

A good value for the money

The prices were very competitive and the facilities were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. This was my first time using extended day but it was a good experience.

The breakfast could’ve been a little better. I came towards the end of the breakfast so I don’t know if there was more there earlier.
