The location and the parking was not bad..

The location was not bad but the services provided by the hotel was very bad.. breakfast was nothing . Just muffin, protein bar and coffee. Breakfast is suppose to be from 730 to 930. If you go after 830 it’s very hard to get breakfast even a cup for coffee.. I was in hotel for almost 7 days and had very bad experience with staff.. one of the staff Ms. Tiana MItchell works in front desk treated me very badly and insulted in front of other customers.. one of the staff promised me the kitchen supplies and i went to the front desk to collect the supplies and unfortunately I met Ms. Tina and she roughly told me there is no supplies now. I ask her can I come afternoon or tomorrow she replied me it’s not going to be available and talked me very rudely .. I was so upset with her behaviour.. i thought may be I can ask someone in tomorrow morning and may be the supplies will be available. The next day morning I went to the front office for the breakfast and also to meet the staff at 0913am and I found nothing on the breakfast desk.. no muffin No cups for coffee No protein bar.. I turned around and look at the staff and unfortunately I found the same employee Ms. Tina in the desk.. I ask her can I get a CUP for coffee and she told me immediately there is nothing available at this time.. I told her it’s only 0914 but she said you are too late for breakfast.. i dot know why she behaved me like that.. she came me a cup and said “just get the coffee and walk away from here”.. I was so upset and being insulted in front of a couple who was sitting in the sofa .. I ask her why you are behaving me like this since yesterday, she repeatedly told me just walk away from here…. I came all the way from Miami with my wife for vacation and it’s was the experience I had from the staff.. I was paid completely, nothing is free and I didt get any service or privilege from the staff as a customer. All other staff behaved me professionally.. its painful..

Nothing to like

I made a reservation with this hotel when I walked in the manager and receptionist told me I was not allowed to stay in their hotel even when I had my reservation. I was wrongly treated and they didn't give me a reason why I couldn't stay there. This place is dirty and have people who use drugs stay there. So I went to the hotel next door which was totally opposite they were very welcoming and clean

The staff was friendly and helpful. Laundry onsite was a bonus, if you don't have change it's ok, the machines will accept cards.

The facility is very outdated. The smell of smoke, pets and other things can be smelled through the entire hotel, lobby, hallways, rooms. This hotel apparently allows pets, dogs and cats, which is probably what some of those "other" smells are - urine in the carpet. The cliental at this hotel is sketchy at best, multiple times I was in the parking lot with my family as there were people just sitting in their cars smoking weed. Upon our arrival there were two police cars in the parking lot, they were called to escort a lady out of her room. Not a place to take your kids. I would have changed hotels, but with the holiday weekend, most other places were full or pricey. You get what you pay for. Don't stay here.

Wasn’t far from my dad’s house.

When we first arrived, we were about 10-15 minutes early, I asked if we could check in early, instead of her saying the rooms weren’t ready, I just got a rude NO. The elevator wasn’t working properly. Even with all of that we were going to stay a couple more night until one of the hotels guest was going up and down the hall trying to purchase drugs, that was too much.
