Clean,decent for 1 night stay. Did not eat breakfast,so cannot comment on that. I stayed 1 night.

Clean rooms. Great wi fi. Friendly staff.

The smell of fish that permeated the first floor where I stayed. And then the next morning the smell of garbage since I assume the garbage was just taking out. Breakfast was stale and not much of a breakfast

Good price and good sized room. I wanted a place to sleep and got just that for a reasonable price.

Some odd odors, could have been cleanser smells or... Based on seeing my reflection in an elevator, I think the shampoo might have been cat shampoo.

Could do better in maintaining the place by replacing old with the new. I stayed at this location twice 1st time my room was completely cleaned and nice 2nd time it was a different room and it could’ve been better. That specific room needed a few updates

When i booked my room through booking.com i aked for shuttle to take me to hotel from airport, when i arrived and called they said we do not have shuttle! so i had to get an uber to get to the hotel. At the time of arrival i was waiting on the reception for almost 2 hours because the lady on the reception was not able to do the payment process and was saying this is a booking.com fault! I asked to pay cash but she did not accepted. Long story short second night of stay I was out with friends and when i git back to my room i realised that one of the windows is in the of the middle of the room, so i called reception and she came to see and said i have to change the room, I was 7 months pregnant and it was really difficult for me to pack again and move to another room she did not even help me moving. Waiting 2 hours in the reception and what happened with the window on the second night of stay I would never recommend anybody to experience stay in this facility.

Good service, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast OK, room clean and comfortable.

I cannot expect an airport shuttle from this type of facility, but that would be nice.

Staff were pleasant

Room keys had to be re fixed 3 x. Outside property dirty. People in the area litter and throw bottles, glass, food containers, wine bottles and garbage around the property where they think it is hidden. Behind the hotel there is alot of garbage and I found discarded needles when walking my dog. Horrible.

The staff was nice but usually could not help with our probkems.

The room was dirty. People in other rooms were extremely loud. Extending the stay was an ordeal.

Did not have breakfast there as the room was very dirty. There was trash lying in the lobby.

The room had a hole in the wall, lipstick drawings on the wall. The kitchenette counters were broken, pieces missing. Bed sheets were mismatched and there was dirt in the sheets. Lobby and hallway had very strong odor of marijuana. Staff charged me 4nights about 20 minutes after we checked in even though I confirmed we would pay cash at the end of our stay. Then staff argued giving me a refund because I used bookings com. Room was very misrepresented on their website and if I had other option I wouldn't have stayed the one night we did.

Breakfast & Coffee

We stayed here for a flight to Portugal out of Dulles. The manager graciously extended our checkout time because our flight was late in the day. We were also traveling with our dog and hotel is pet friendly.

Our next door neighbor was a bit odd. He seemed to be a long term resident —left his door open, sat in the hall on a chair at all hours of the day and night.
