Extended Stay America Suites - Somerset-Franklin is a very clean and quiet facility. We loved the super clean rooms with the comfortable beds & cleaned & comfortably padded carpeting that had no stains; clean bathroom and kitchenette. The hallways are very clean and vaccumed. The laundry room and vending area is very clean. The upkeep of the facility and exterior property is excellent. The exterior grounds are nicely manicured. Everyone is friendly. We were very impressed being there and will reserve again at this facility. We loved our stay here!
No hot breakfast items or hot sandwiches - only muffins & coffee.

The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The room was equipped with a full size fridge and kitchenette w/stove.
We booked and paid for two nights and left after the first night because there were roaches in the kitchenette. We did not want to bring home any roaches.

The woman at checkin was very friendly.
We were charged the full rate even though we paid through booking.com
The refrigerator was dirty, the chair was broken, the air conditioner did not cool the room. tThe whole 3rd floor smelled of marijuana. We were promised continental breakfast but there were only a few muffins and oatmeal packets. Nothing was available the day if checkout, not even coffee.

I was told at the time of check-in that they cancelled my reservation it because they found bed-bugs in the room, and there is no other room available. There was no email or any kind of notification. I had to find another hotel. They still went ahead and charged me for the night, I have called booking.com and the hotel and but they have not refunded yet. BEWARE...STAY AWAY.

Parking lot had alot of garbage. And I could hear a woman screaming at her child for about a half hour. That was very disturbing.

There was no breakfast, just coffee and a muffin.
There was no ice machine. I had to find a convenient store to buy ice. I found this to be unacceptable given that the motel is located within the metropolitan New York area.

The room was nice
They did not have any plates or bowls available. I was told to check back at 1am. I had to go to the nearby restaurant to get plates so I can cook my dinner. Next day I was told there were still no plates or bowls available, however there were buckets full of dirty dishes left in hallways, front desk then told me they only had one housekeeping worker and he was no going wash them. I will never book here again
