Staff were amazing- helpful, cooperative, and friendly. The facilities were great, comfortable and clean. I didnt have a chance to use the coffee machine, but I was happy to have it available, and we were told that we could get more capsules, if needed.

Just a small thing- The shower was fine. Eveything was great. But it was one of those showers that comes out in a ring of water with an empty space in the middle. If that could be improved... Don't let this change your mind about staying here. It's more a comment to the place.

The staff is lovely and welcoming! The location is perfect. The hotel is right in the heart of Lambertville and a 10-minute across the bridge into the heart of New Hope, PA -- Main Street in New Hope is worth your time. The Delaware-Raritan canal runs right along side the hotel and is perfect for a peaceful morning walk or run if you are so inclined. The showers are great, the bed was comfy, and I loved that my room has a balcony where I could sip my morning coffee. Special thanks to Ashley who helped orient me my first day and to all the attentive staff who went above and beyond.

As of July 2021, the hotel does not serve breakfast -- or even coffee in the mornings, so make sure you check to see if that is available if that is a deal breaker. My reservation had "breakfast included" but there was no breakfast at all. That said, there are 3 breakfast spots on the block, and a terrific café just across the street that has delicious brew (I think it was called "Trading Post"). Also, the plumbing is quite noisy! Light sleepers might bring earplugs. I did not notice this mid-week but as the hotel filled up at the week's end it was a little loud. Also, if you want your room cleaned, you need to request it at the desk -- there is a sign to hang on the door, but this is misleading -- the hotel is small and no one comes by to clean unless you ask. Not a huge big deal -- but make a note to ask if you want this service, so that you are sure to come home to fresh towels.

The location was excellent.

The staff at our arrival was friendly and very nice, when we were checking out the girl never asked us how our stay was or have a nice day, in fact she didn’t even say a word.

Convenience never needed to take our car

Had dinner reservation days ahead and even asked for outside hour before but no table was reserved and our waitress had an attitude as if she’d rather be somewhere else. We come with over fifty years of restaurant experience Also recommend a handicap handle to help get in and out when using the spa.

The staff was extremely nice and accomodating.
