Set up in bedroom and bed fairly comfortable. It was pet friendly for those people who had pets.

However, room was only half cleaned as garbage was still in containers, but bed was clean, no hot water for shower, no ice machine and none of ice containers in freezer filled. You have to go to local gas station to get ice. Price was $60, and you get what you pay for unfortunately.

check In clerk was unfriendly and brusque he charged me a $100 key deposit which I’ve never experienced at any Extended Stay I have been to but was told I wouldn’t be charged if the key was returned and now I find my account has been charged the $100 in addition to my stay. I checked out at 4am had to hunt down the front desk person because she was nowhere to be found. she was apparently the laundry person as well because that is where she was in the laundry room. I gave my key directly to that person and asked for a receipt which I was told I would have to come back during business hours for a receipt so I left not expecting to be charged more than for just my stay.

I liked that there was a gas station right next door.

I didn’t like the beds where not Queen size when said they were, the beds where hard as a rock, the bathroom was horrible, no bath stopper, the bathroom floor was nasty when got there, they floor was peeling up and was dangerous for my kids. The room itself was not clean there was all kids of stuff up under the bed. I got told the breakfast was from 6-9:30 and then come 9:10 they rudely told me that it ends at 9. The “quite times” were not a real thing because we had neighbors that was blaring music and drinking in the hall.

Our room was not ready when we checked in at 3 p.m. Although the hotel upgraded our room to a suite with full kitchen and sitting area, the room was dusty and had a very unpleasant odor as if someone had been living there for some period of time. I had to approach the cleaning staff for some sanitizing spray to get rid of the odor. There were also no washcloths in our room. Hallways had heavy, unpleasant odor and carpets were dirty.

The location was great. The room cleanliness was just ok.

I didn't get the king size bed that I booked online. Then the front desk guy lied to me and said that they don't affliate with online purchases but ironically he already had my reservation and my credit card number so that was a lie. Then he said he didn't have any other rooms available. The room had a full sizes mattress on a queen size box spring which left a ledge around the bed when getting out of the bed. The furniture and tv in the room was also very dated and old with a curtain covering the closet. I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN ESPECIALLY AT $150!

The staff was great really nice and pleasan. The beds were comfortable and the room had nice space.

The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't lock. There were roaches in the room and no cookware.
