Very Clean

Room was ok...
Noise,, people screaming in the hallway at level 1... 10pm , 12am 3am 5 am they where screaming, fighting, loud, also I told to the receptionist that i need a room smoke free .. guess what , someone was somoking ...travel for business I had to wake up at 6am I was exhausted I couldn't sleep.. my worst night at a hotel

The room was very clean and fairly quiet (especially for being relatively close to the entrance) and checking in was a breeze. The desk staff (night and morning) was very friendly and efficient.
It was a little intimidating coming in as a single woman at 11pm to a front desk surrounded by glass panels. I didn't love my room location (close to the lobby). And I was given an accessible room, which was fine, but the detachable shower head was broken and squirting everywhere and it was a little difficult redirecting the water to the overhead shower. Because there was no lip in the shower area, the entire tile floor of the bathroom became wet and super slippery. But once the shower was redirected properly, it was very nice.

The bed was comfortable. The elevator had extra security with keycard access. There were amenities, but we did not use them.
For a non-smoking hotel, it wreaked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The shower had a constant drip. The refrigerator did not work. There is a loud train that roared through every 20 minutes. Thankfully it stopped around 11pm so the sound wasn't constant the entire night.

The staff on check in were friendly, the facilities were great- you can wash clothes for cheap, there are restaurants near by. The room was clean, there was an ironing board. Coffee was replaced.

The front desk was super nice, we had to check in late (around 10pm). The bathroom was huge and super clean. We requested the AC turned on before we got there and they did it! Bed was very comfortable. Amazing stay.

was told on the website i needed to be 18 to check in get there and i’m told i need to be 21 have not received my refund

The room was clean and I lovedhow the bathroom floor was so clean with nice flooring which I don't really see. I like the shower with the temp of the water showing.
The AC unit in my King room said to use the panel on the wall to control the temp but the wall unit didn't work so I had to use the AC unit itself. The elevator stopped working also later that night and still didn't work by the time I checked out.

Cheapest in the area, rather clean, parking
The lady at the reception could not add company name to the invoice (and ddi not move an inch to help), I had to ask to change a smoked room (got a clean one then)

Quite and close to downtown
The front desk was very rude and impolite. Her voice was very low and I couldn't hear what she was saying, I misheard her question and I asked her several times what she was talking about. She acted very impatient, and rubbed her forehead and said “oh my god”. Washington, D.C. is the capital of the United States and is bound to be visited by people from other countries. Can't people with poor English be allowed to exist? I feel racist.

I like that the room fee wasn’t outrageous. It was relatively quiet. Easy check out too
There was a cigarette burn in the blanket. The wallpaper in the bathroom was disgusting. Overall decor was hideous. Some of the halls smelled a little smoky even though the rooms were non-smoking.

The beds are so comfy!
The doors constantly slamming, the smell of smoke in my room, and the shade covering the window is too thin, you can see right through the window at night if any light in the room is on.
