My dryer didn't work

I mean, at least they had a waffle maker. Also, the fridge and microwave were actually nice. We didn’t use the microwave, but the fridge was big and WORKED (unlike SO many hotels).

Super sketchy area. Every single door looked like someone had tried to jimmy the lock. I was genuinely fearful for our safety and the safety of our vehicle. The parking situation is not good. Not enough spaces, all very tight, and it was hard to get in and out of large vehicles were parked near you. The staff are unemotional. Don’t expect anybody to welcome you or anything. The room was gross. Smelled weird. There was a dead bug and dirt on the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was left UP and about 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper was hanging on the holder. There were backup rolls, but it just seemed yucky the way it was left. Also, be forewarned; this is a MOTEL, not a hotel. All rooms are entered from the outside. Many people are “hanging around” late at night. There are lots of loud noises/voices/obnoxious cars to keep you wide awake all night. Breakfast includes waffle (thankfully), biscuits and possibly gravy (? Didn’t look), two types of cereal, pre-packed sausage biscuits, juice, and…get this…Twinkies and Ding Dongs! Weirdest selection ever.

They double charged me and had to have that fixed also I asked for a late check out bc I go to school I needed to come back at 11 to get my stuff and be back to school by 12 when I got back and asked for a key the guy was like it's already past 11 and then when I explained I was just picking up my stuff he was pushy about be out by 12 like duh I have to be back in class by 12

The morning staff was excellent even when the guest were not.

Pool was nasty & closed after I asked if they had one and said yes,so my kids couldn’t enjoy the stay.
