Pancake machine was neat. Had basic continental breakfast.
Beds could have be more comfortable. Location was very noisy.

The price was very ready and proximity to Chapman University was only a 20 minute walk through calm neighborhoods. Breakfast was good- I enjoyed the pancake machine and coffee selections. Very accommodating!
I can’t think of anything. Our room totaled $130 for the night- great value.

Loved that it had an elevator[seniors]. Third [top] floor room was quiet and very comfortable bed. Good workmanship and decor on room upgrades
Breakfast was basic continental only but with a great pancake machine. No tables/ chair for sit down so either eat at outside patio or go back to your room to eat.

The maid, stole our razor. The room barely looked clean when we first arrived.

Not one thing! The only positive that came from this experience was I got a full refund.
I was first greeted at the counter by an employee with little to no customers service skills. She made me feel like being there was a burden to her. Got to the room and could not shut the door properly so I had to force it shut. Mind you I'm a big man and it took a lot of my force to get this door shut. We asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like an ashtray. Cigarette burns on the comforter, shower curtain and bathtub. Towels had black stains on them as if the weren't cleaned properly with a greyish tint through half of them. So needless to say after just under 15 minutes I called the front desk and asked if I left could I get a full refund and they did.

Reserving online was east & simple. Showed up & got into my room with no problem.

dirty, ripped sheets, cigarette hole in bedspread, moldy smell, shower leaked all over floor, few outlets, blood spattered on ceiling, smoke smell in room, hair in sink. This place needs updating and is a rip off for the condition of the room. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this property!

The rooms were clean at first glance, then I noticed the filth on the walls, around the light switches and on the desk.

It is convenient to have breakfast for the kids and coffee,,, it was always attended and clean.
We liked the pancakes and fruit

I enjoyed the big bathtub and how hot the water got. The bed very comfortable and microwave worked. Got to watch good cable channels.
The price is a little pricey for the two nights I stayed for.
