There was construction at the exit and the off exit was closed. So in order to get to the hotel, signs directed you around back neighborhoods. Not easy to get to hotel.

The shower was disgusting. The shower looked worse then some sewers i have seen. After a long day at work then a 3-4 hour drive to Raleigh i was looking forward to taking a nice hot shower, yeah no, not in that bathroom. I was afraid of catching some unknown disease.

Plenty of hot water for a bath. Close to airport, although very loud because directly in flight path of RDU. Free parking.

I booked this room to have kitchen facilities along with the room. There were no dishes in the room when we arrived, and when I asked the clerk for dishes, he said he would bring them up later because he had to wash them. The freezer door on the refrigerator did not close fully and cold water had leaked, and continued to leak, from the kitchen across the floor, making the carpet in the bedroom area wet. Had to put down a towel for that; it was soaked by morning. This room was advertised as having a "suite"--there was not "suite." There was one connected kitchen-bedroom area with a broken refrigerator. Very disappointing facility.

Location was close to RDU airport. Staff was courteous.

Room keys kept deactivating. Neighbor room seemed like a night gal! First night first room AC didn’t work.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had a few questions and they answered then well.

There was a stain in the bed sheets, and im not sure what it was. Luckily, I brought extra sheets with me. I knew it would take too long to get a room and I didn't have the time to wait, so I stayed in the room and just took the hotel sheets off and slept on the bed sheets I brought.

Near to airport, staff is nice.

Kitchen and bathrooms are very dirty, there are not enough blankets and it's very cold.

late check in no one was around. Waited 20 minutes used the phone they had outside followed all the directions no one answered. Had to call customer service to complain they finally got ahold of the person and I was able to get my room
